3. Cookies, advertising and profiling
We do not currently run analytics cookies, a Meta pixel, server-side advertising conversion tracking or other advertising trackers on this public website. Fonts and illustrative graphics are served from the website itself. We do not use your website visit to make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising through this website. Browser Global Privacy Control is recognized in our privacy settings. If we introduce optional tracking, we will update the notice and request any required consent before it runs. An old choice will not authorize a new set of tracking purposes or providers.

4. Who receives information
Our authorized staff and service providers may process information only where needed for the purposes described above. Vercel provides website hosting and delivery. Cloudflare provides domain registration and DNS services; DNS configuration determines whether it also processes website traffic. Our email service is being set up. Until it is active, please use our registered office for correspondence.
We may also disclose information to professional advisers, regulators, law-enforcement authorities or other recipients where legally required or necessary to protect lawful rights. We do not add you to an automated marketing email, SMS or calling campaign because you visit this site or send a service enquiry.
5. International processing
We are established in Ireland. Our providers may process information in countries outside the European Economic Area, including the United States. The location of a server alone does not determine all processing locations.
Where the GDPR requires a transfer safeguard, the relevant mechanism must be an applicable adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, with additional measures where required. Vercel’s Data Processing Addendum describes its applicable transfer arrangements. Contact us for details of the safeguards relevant to your information or to request a copy.
6. How long information is kept
Your privacy preference is valid for up to 180 days on the device where you save it. We ignore an expired or superseded preference and ask again. You can remove it by clearing this website’s browser storage.
We keep enquiries while needed to answer the request and any related discussion, then assess whether a continuing business purpose or legal obligation justifies keeping them. The criteria include whether a service is purchased, whether a complaint or claim remains unresolved, and applicable legal record-keeping duties. We retain only information relevant to that purpose.
Technical and security records are kept according to the provider’s retention settings and the period needed to investigate errors, prevent abuse or meet legal duties. Backup copies may remain until their scheduled expiry. You can ask us about the retention applicable to your information.
7. Your privacy rights
Depending on the law that applies and the circumstances, you may request access to your information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, or a portable copy. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests, and to direct marketing at any time. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting processing already carried out lawfully.
Send a request to support@noslowmonths.com or write to our registered office. We will request only the information reasonably needed to verify identity and authority. We normally answer GDPR requests within one month; if a lawful extension is needed, we will explain it within that month. Rights are subject to lawful exceptions, which we will explain where relevant.
If an applicable US state privacy law gives you additional rights, including an appeal, an authorized-agent request or an opt-out of targeted advertising, sale or sharing, contact us using the same route. We will apply the response and appeal requirements of that law. You do not need an account to make a request, and we will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
8. Complaints
You may complain to Ireland’s Data Protection Commission, or to the supervisory authority in the EU/EEA country where you live, work or believe an infringement occurred. You can contact us first, but you do not have to do so before contacting a regulator.
9. Children, security and updates
This website offers business marketing services and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly seek children’s information. Please contact us if you believe a child has supplied information.
We use measures appropriate to the information and risks, including HTTPS and access restrictions. No service can guarantee absolute security. External websites linked here have their own policies.
We update this notice when our practices change. Material changes, new purposes or new tracking will be explained before we rely on any new permission that is needed.
